  2. Make physical activity fun and enjoyable
  3. Parents should be an active role model

Go for an after dinner walk Walk your children to school
Plant a garden Walk to the park for a picnic
Take a trip to the Zoo Design your own family activity
Use the stais instead of the elevator Take a walk to see the neighbors
Go on a bike ride Do stretches or yogo in the morning or evening
Play at the park Rake the leaves
Take the dog for a walk Play Hide and Seek
Dance to your favorite music Play Frisbee or some kind of sport
Plan an active vacation (hiking, skiing, etc.) Go roller skating or ice skating
Have a friendly rump rope or hula hoop contest Have a contest using pedometers
Play Simon Says with exercises Go for a hike or nature walk
Wash the car on a nice day Keep a family activity log with healthy incentives
